Eran Asias:

Drums

Born in July 15th 1979 in Tel Aviv Israel, Eran began playing Drums and Percussion when he was 10 and played in numerous bands in Israel. Eran Graduated from the Tel Aviv Music Conservatory with a diploma of Excellence whereupon he attended the Red Sea Jazz Festival for 4 times in raw between the Years 1998 - 2001 when he moved to New York City. Eran played and recorded sessions with reknowned artists such as Gloria Estefan, Will Lee, Benjy King, Scott Hall, David Santos, Lauren Echo , Shaun Barker, Derek James, Rebbecca Hart, The Ways Away, Mental Notes, The Vinyl Stash, Ballast, and many more. He currently tours in the group Scandal with Benjy King and Patty Smyth.

Benjy King:

Bass/Keyboards/Electric Guitars/background vocals

Benjy is an all-encompassing producer, arranger, engineer, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.

BENJY’S formative years were spent on the road in the bands of legendary artists such as RICK DERRINGER, LITTLE STEVEN (BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN), and SCANDAL with Patty Smyth. For his recordings with SCANDAL, he earned both gold and platinum records.

As his name quickly made its way around the industry, the demand for his talent, mixed with his insatiable will to learn, established lifelong connections for BENJY with several award-winning producers. This is where his path became apparent. Since then BENJY has produced records for artists such as LESLEY GORE, the band LIVE (formerly PUBLIC AFFECTION), TOMMY JAMES, and many more. He has also toured extensively and has seen the world with artists such as DIANE SCANLON, KOOL & THE GANG front man J.T. TAYLOR, and for the past ten years, 60s pop phenomenon, THE TURTLES.

One of his most interesting projects was arranging and conducting the musical '20th CENTURY POP' starring Marianne Faithfull, Darlene Love and Merry Clayton.

In November of 2004 ‘VH-1 BANDS REUNITED’ featured SCANDAL. The band followed up with a mini-tour and are planning to do more touring.

Most recently BENJY has produced records for upcoming artists REMY TESSER, LAUREN ECHO and SHAUN BARKER and did multi-instrumental session work on THE STARTING LINE ‘Based On A True Story’, BOYD TINSLEY ‘True Reflections’ and GREG RAPOSO’s debut release.

Felix van Dijk:

Acoustic Guitars/Lead vocals

Born in Holland, Felix left at 3 months old for Canada because after having spent nine months in embryonic fluids, he refused to live in a country that's below sea level. Felix worked for many years as an actor and voice over artist. He performed leading roles in major theaters around Europe and the United States. He gave it all up to pursue his passion for creating music. Felix began playing guitar at the age of nine on a guitar his uncle had given him. "The action was so high I could have sliced cheese into the sound hole."

A few upgrades in the guitar department and Felix took to writing songs. "There is so much to learn about the craft of songwriting. You have to be your own harshest critic and ask yourself does it work as a melody? Does the sentiment of the lyrics work?"

"I never force myself to sit down and write a song." There is a gestation period and suddenly the urge to create forces me to sit down with the guitar or at the keyboards. It's like giving birth, but without the physical pain." But like any good artist, Felix over time has been honing his craft and continues along that path. With his flair for melody, his songs are catchy and upon listening remain imbedded in the memory. Tumbling Years is Felix's first CD and there is plenty of more music to come.

Jeff has been a guitarist since age 5 and a songwriter since his teens. He became a session player, touring and recording with various major label artists. This enabled him to work extensively with producer Phil Ramone and perform on the Tonight Show.

Jeff released his debut album in May 2007.
